Black Sabbath's Dehumanizer

Has anyone heard it? It got so trashed when it came out, because I think people were expecting Heaven and Hell part 2, but now in hindsight, I think the criticism might have been a tad unfair. In fact, I've read some reviews recently that say it's way underrated.

Thoughts?

I'm sure you guys know how much I love Dio...but Dehumanizer really is quite naff. I've had it nearly two years, dig it out every once in a while, and still no joy. It's too slow, too plodding, nothing really sticks out. I don't even remember any cool Dio rhymes like "Circles and rings, dragons and kings" or "Holy Diver you're the star of the masquerade, no need to look so afraid"

How does "Dehumanizer" compare to Dio's "Lock Up The Wolves"?
