Can somebody just confirm something for me?...

My bandmate said that Mitch from Suicide Silence was going to be their new singer. I pretty much slapped him round the face with my eyes when he said this, and told him he HAS to be thinking of someone else, or a different band. After a search I cannot find any info on this, so he's clearly wrong...... right?
