This one is currently flooring me. Grimy, primitive, violent death metal that projects a sense of Satanic majesty. Also, phat riffs. Much improved over their earlier "Allegiance to the Will of Damnation," although that's no slouch, either.
I have to agree; they finally got a good drum sound here. You can hear the kick drum!!! Its fucking killer. Makes me think of the Infernal Dominion full-length (which Wes played on, as well).
This shit is seriously awesome though. Much improved, and highly matured songwriting. It makes me excited for the next one already, haha.
