"Nightfall in Middle Earth" is a must have, I just recently got it and I like it a lot! I think I will get "Imaginations From the Other Side" next

Especially for those who have read "The Silmarillion" by JRR Tolkien.

Blind Guardian are amazing! My favorite power metal band so far., and the lyrics are only the icing on the cake, (Tolkien, of course). I Find it captivating how unorthodox their songwriting style is...very imaginative.

Blind Guardian have evolved into a really good band - I love Nightfall..., they're like a 90's reincarnation of early Queen, which I love too.

Yeah,,Guardian rocks out. nIghtfall and Imaginations are the only ones i like. bUt I like those 2 a-lot. I sold the rest.

Imaginations From The Other Side is a masterpiece, in my opinion the greatest power metal album of all time, and in my universal top five. Andre Olbrich and Thomen Stauch are truly masters of their instruments...there are just so many moments on this CD that leave you breathless at their epic quality, which countless bands have aspired for that not quite reached. Aside from Opeth, nobody arranges songs with more mastery than Blind Guardian, because of the sheer depth of the recording you will experience something different with every listen.

Somewhere Far Beyond, Imaginations From The Other Side and Forgotten Tales are among my all-time favourite albums. There is something about Blind Guardian than goes beyond the music.

Blind Guardian is the only german power metal band worth listening too (and Helloween al´a the Keeper Of The Keys-era, of course). Somewhere Far Beyond, Imaginations From The Other Side and Nightfall In Middle-Earth are amazing albums.

I bought "Somewhere Far Beyond" about a month ago, it has been one of my most played CD's lately. I absolutely love their stuff. They have a unique sound, and it is amazing how much goes on. There are points of at least 5 vocal harmonies giving a full choir type sound, sung with intricate lead guitar parts, and rhythm parts, they have a strang writing style. But they seem to perfectly blend it all together to one full orchestrated work, amazing....
