I meant to do this thread before I went on holiday, but with sorting things out for my holiday and not being able to get on the Saxon site, I never got around to it.
I went to see Spoiler at Camden and they were pretty good. In fact it was a good night, £6.50 for 5 bands was very good value indeed! But the highlight of the evening for me was a band called Blood Island Raiders. I'd never heard of them, let alone anything by them. But they just blew me away. Very heavy and pounding, they reminded me a bit of Soil (not a bad thing in my book). If anyone gets a chance to see them live, do it, you won't regret it I'm sure.
