mix sounds good mostly because the guitars and drums complement each other so well! what all did you use for guitar?

guitar recording chain: gibson sg with blackouts bridge pickup -> pod x3 live (full bypass all internal pod fx - use tuner mode) -> spdif out -> esi julia soundcard spdif in -> legion vst plugin ampsim -> mix of two catharsis impulses: 1on-preshigh, 2off-preshigh -> EQ lowcut 130 hz, highcut 10 khz, cut 400 hz, limiter

Sounds good to me. Really fat which is good for this style. Nice guitar playing, good tone from the fingers. What did you use for the bass?

Thanks man, but my fingers is not so good enough, on this track i have made about 300 takes to make solo sounding adecvate.
For bass recording i have used cheap ibanez gsr 180 with stock neck single pickup -> pod x3 live (full bypass all internal pod fx - use tuner mode) -> spdif out -> esi julia soundcard spdif in -> old amplitube 1.3.1 vst plugin at full british drive -> EQ lowcut 60 hz, highcut 4khz, deep cut at 200 hz and 400 hz -> limiter

Some people talks me about lack of low frequencies in a mix and poor bass guitar definition in a mix. Do they right? I used Devildriver album The Last Kind Words as a reference sound at the mixing stage.

The part from 1:23 till 2:00 reminds me a lot of 'Radar Love' from the Golden Earring.
