This week the first book about H.I.M. called "Synnin viemää" (Gone with the Sin) was released. The book is 250 pages long and contains stories from their early days to the present as well as unpublished photos. At the moment the book is only available in Finnish, but if there is an interest for it it might get translated to other languages. At the moment there is an excerpt from the book in English on the official H.I.M. website. Ville and the writer Juho Juntunen will attend an open interview hour at the Finnish Book Fair in Helsinki on October 25th at 17:30.
H.I.M. has also started the work on their new album. Earlier this month, the band went into Finnvox studios in Helsinki, and expect to record at least 11 new songs. A couple of tracks will be mixed at the end of October in London by Tim Palmer, and the rest of the mixes are done in Los Angeles in November/December.
The release can be expected in March/April 2003.
