I have two goals with this. #1 I need someone to put a good drum track into a song I've been working on. #2 I think it would be cool to get a couple different people to work on 1 song. We don't have to record it for real, just a GP5 thing. If the songs are good enough, then maybe we can get some people going on them. But for now it's just sharing of musicianship

Here's the song I've completed (besides drums obviously)

If you don't have GP5 and still wanna hear the song and comment, then

Obviously this isn't meant to be bonecrushing death metal so some may not like it. The song's influence comes mostly from Amon Amarth.

Nice man, alright so it looks like you're just waiting on me to produce the guitar track(s) then huh? Haha. This turned out faster and nicer than I thought.

I'll see if I can get the tracks done in the next day or two. Saturday afternoon at most. :headbang:

Ok so, I bought a Line 6 toneport+Live lite(recording program) and I have a Line 6 spider III 75 amp and a choice of a boss MT-2 pedal or a V-amp 2 pedal and for some fucking reason everything I record sounds like absolute trash. I ran the compatibility test and it says this computer meets the outcomes, so I dunno what to do about the guitar deal. I also have a les paul and a jackson warrior with a seymour duncan invader in it. So getting the right sound is not the problem. Any idea why this is happening?

On the lighter and more joyful side I got the drum track done if you want to study it a bit
