The Love & Hate Banner (Scott Adams from BMA) is running a metal DJ night every Wednesday at the Transit Bar (formerly the Chruch Bar) on Akuna Street (opposite the Waldorf and underneath the backpackers).
Each week there will be a different theme and DJ -Scott with classic 80's metal, Reggae with his video and brutal collection, Damian with his vast collection and more guest DJs as time goes on- and eventually will build into a band night.
They'll also be running promos, give aways and comps.
$3 gets you in and it opens at 8:30.
If anyone else from Canberra still comes here, you should pop in some night.
