Bostaph or Lombardo

I'm gonna have to go with Dave Lombardo. I can't picture many people disagreeing.

Bostaph was the more technical, more precise of the two. Divine Intervention had some of the best drumming Slayer ever had. Lombardo had a reckless/sloppy style at times, but I think it fits Slayer perfectly nowadays.

Lombardo. Bostaph's drumming on Divine Intervention is really good, but I always preferred Lombardo's style. Also, you should've made a poll for this thread. Silly.

Nocare/idea.

The past two times I've caught Slayer live they have had Lombardo playing and he's been pretty awful, especially with the double bass parts.

Lombardo

But Bostaph is pretty awesome.

Funny though, I just put on Seasons on the Abyss on right before I opened this thread.

I was drunk and didn't see the initial thread. In terms of Slayer's output, I would say that Lombardo was the better drummer. However, I think that Bostaph is better overall given his work in other bands.
