Hi folks! I haven't seen a thread about this recently released beast here. Check it out, pretty interesting stuff to my ears. It is avaliable as a public 14-days beta right now. Here is the link on it:

And here is the plugin in action. This is a track I'm working on production right now. It is pre master version, without a master limiter. I'm still making some final minor tweaks here and there, but it will sound more or less the same, just a little louder in a final master version I guess. I muted all vocals so that you could here guitars better.

All guitars are bx_rockrack. Here is a screen shot where you can see the settings used. The only thing is that I used Revalver tube screamer model in front of bx and some post EQ with massenburq to cut some common annoying freqs. BTW guitar was not realy good on this recording (some low end LTD) and it sounds not so georgious by it self the DI is pretty dull and not open enough, that's why I had to crank the high's so much I guess. I am looking forward to try the plugin on a good DI with a good guitar on the nearest recording session. That is where it will shine even more I'm shure.

The point here was to try to do everything completely ITB. I have lot's of options of guitar amps & cabs, but I just wanted to use bx instead. I suggest everyone to try this thing.

tried it and while it sounded ok, it had no feel, like any other amp modelling plugin. song just didnt come alive. tried out the kemper instead, million miles ahead of this thing.
kemper still isnt 100% the real deal but it delivers enough low mid soul that bx is still missing.
just my 2 cents, still some really cool sounds for sure!

yeah, KPA might be better, but it's not a plugin unfortunately ;) With bx I find amps to be realy cool, but cabinet chains sound little weird to my ears. I wish it had an option to bypass cabs and use amps independently..

I tried it and even on the metal amp I couldn't get enough gain out of it to be punchy, just scratchy. Also, the gain positions from 0-7 are useless for high gain, I don't really understand it. Isn't kemper coming out with a plugin?
