Canadian act Brave the Apex has released a new self-titled EP online, which is available for streaming in its entirety. The "Brave the Apex"' track listing is as follows:

Listening to the first track (that's as far as I've gotten) - its pretty neat. I can't say it reminds me of anything I've listened to recently but its got prog elements with some gritty-clean vocals tastefully/moderately sprinkled with a few death vocals and some decent mid-tempo crunch.
