We had a huge thread about how badass Nickelback's production was a bit back - it's not uncommon to talk about more mainstream bands, as they get treated with the best producers in the industry.
Phobia was done with a Marshall TSL and Randall RM-100 head, IIRC. Ben Grosse did an amazing job with it.
I checked out guitargeek | the guitar rig database but they don't have anthing on them. it's a cool site but it hasn't been updated in a while. I'd love to see diagrams of The Edge's rigs or Petrucci's current rig, but those are hard to find as well.
Thanks man, i saw those 2 clips on access eletronics website. It's cool to see what he use's but i want to know how it's routed. and why someone will have a high end Multi-fx unit and still use outboard pedals. i just did FOH for a band whose guitarist had 6 pedals in the loop and about 12 on a pedal board. he had at least 3 chrous pedals and several different Multi-Fx units.
