Bring Me The Horizon questions

Hi Andy,

I was just wondering, how you feel about the upcoming Bring Me The Horizon project (if of course, what I have read is true).

I was wondering if you have heard their previous work. I don't like them but it will be nice to introduce them to a click track and guitar tone!

they have some cool ideas then ruin the songs by throwing in terrible ideas. its all a matter of opinion though of course.

alot of guys/bands have a negative attitude towards them because they are 'riding the scene', but i dont know about all that. i dont like their music, i dont particulary care about what the vocals are about or what they look like. ha

was it actually in the mag? I posted on the rock sound site that I wasn't because they had stated i was. Why did I turn them down? I couldn't relate to what they are doing, I didn't like anything about them. I'm sure they're nice guys and I wish them the best of luck but I have to hear something that I enjoy to do a good job and it's not fair on a band if I'm recording and mixing by numbers. Yes I do turn alot of bands down, some very big ones also for the exact same reasons.

Thanks for the reply Andy. Good to know you won't take a band on, just to take a band on. Can't say I'm a fan of the BMTH, it would be much closer the truth to say I hate them.

And yes, it was actually printed in the magazine, the cover with Lacuna Coil if I remember correctly. Ill try and find the mag.
