I have ALL those songs... but I'll buy them again anyway, ... 'cause I'm a freak :D

Highlights of Tyranny of Souls.... Navigate the Seas of the Sun, the title track, Soul Intruders (incredibly heavy!), Kill Devil Hill... damn, the whole bloody thing :D Can't wait until it comes out!

I have quite a few of them, but I'll get them for the remixes and live tracks.

You're not a freak - just "dedicated". ;) I once bought copies of SSOASS and Metallica's Black Album on tape out of a charity shop cos I couldn't bear the thought of having 2 classic albums in a charity shop!! Sad isn't it!! Hahaha!

Lucky, lucky girl! Thanks for the review and the updates, Jackie - can't wait to hear it! :hotjump:

The good word from a woman of such cultivated tastes is greatly appreciated. ;)

I'm soooo green with envy right now! Guess that makes me a freak, too!

Don't worry Aja, we'll start our own freak support group. We'll sit around listening to Bruce and Maiden all day and talk about all the "freaky" things we can plan to out do ourselves! :loco:

I'm buying the album this weekend!! :hotjump:

I've got the whole album too, in MP3 format. Amazing album, I love all of the songs. But of course I'll buy it when it's released.

Finally had a chance to download the clips - WOW! Bruce's singing is so rich, and I thought his voice sounded just gorgeous on the acoustic clip. My only complaint is that they're just too short!

Lucky Keyser - to be able to hear the whole thing!! Can't wait til this comes out... :hotjump:

Good album. Unfortunatly I don't think that most of the songs are as strong as they could be.

In fact quite a few times I had a deja vu feeling of classic Dio when listening to them. But the 2nd track on the album, Abduction is by far my favorite.

Soul Intruders, is another rip-roaring romp and comes in a strong second to Abduction.

Kill Devil Kill is a good classic Maidensque tune, IMO.

River of No Return is just .. I hate to say it, but pure Dio. Think Sign of the Southern Cross.

The other songs are a variety of slow, and good but just don't leap out at me. Bear in mind this is only from one listen through tho.
