Bruce Dickinson - The Chemical Wedding

Does anyone remember this CD? It's awesome! I was going through my old Maiden albums and I found this and a few other Bruce solo CD's.

The Tower, Book of Thel, Jerusalem, Trumpets of Jericho...this album is filled with goodness! Who else agrees?

That and Accident of Birth are GREAT!! Those are his only 2 solo CDs really worth owning.

I always felt that the music Bruce wrote for that album should have been what Iron Maiden moved to just before Bruce left. But, I guess that's why it was a solo album and not a "Maiden" album.

Remember it? It's only one of the BEST metal albums EVER. And yes, I agree that it is better than Maiden albums (and that says a lot because Maiden ROCKS)!

I may have a slight preference for "Accident of Birth", but "Chemical Wedding" is a big must-have!! It was surprinsingly heavy, even dark, compared to the previous album, a nice change.

Sure, back then Maiden had a bit of a hard time, so Bruce's solo albums shined even more.

I think Bruce said he would work on a solo album soon... Anyone knows anything that is more than a rumor about it?
