BUDGIE - Australian Tour Bumped To 2008

After waiting in the wings Budgie finally hit the Melbourne Forum,
and what an amazing concert too. Although there were perhaps only about 200 or so people, but this was one concert i would not miss.
There was a minor problem halfway through the first song
where the vocals were dead but that was rectified asap. Talk about
absolute power and energy and hard rock heaven. Standing just 10
feet from the massive wall of speakers, it could not have got any better! With Craig Goldy on guitar it gave the concert a real hard rock edge. With such a wealth of material in which to choose,
they belted out some true classics as well as some stuff from the new album, "Nude Disint" etc "Parents" "Zoom Club", 'Napoleon Bona
Part 1&2" the killer "Breadfan" an awesome concert.
