Buying tickets from Tickets.com

Well ive been thinking...we bought our tickets to see Nevermore and the other bands through tickets.com and they said something about something called Will Call...it says they dont send the tickets, that one must present their credit card number to the box office at the venue and the tickets will be presented to that person...have you guys bought tickets from that site? Do we need to present the confirmation print out to them? also, does anyone know when that show (11/28) starts?

when i went to a concert where someone ordered them that way, they just showed them their credit card , like it says, and that was all that was needed

we weren't sure how it would work either, but it was simple enough
