Can I use a US mic's PSU in the UK?

I'm planning on buying a Groove Tubes GT66 tube mic from the United States pretty soon and it has it's own power supply intended for 110V.

Will it be safe to run it over here (UK)on 220-240V or would I need something in addition to the usual plug converter?

P.S I used the search function and didn't find anything that helped much.

Thanks!

You'd need something to step down the power. You can pick them up from most electronics stores. I'd really not suggest putting 240v into something designed for 110. That won't end well.

Found this pic of the mic with the matching power supply -it says 12 watts.

Would this mean it's okay to use a transformer like this?[Cheers Riku]

Or would I need something smaller or even bigger?
I'm clueless about this shit haha

Yes that one will be good for the mic's power requirements. When it comes down to power then always go bigger than you need.
Have fun with the new mic.
