Can someone help with the vocal tracks on Feeding the Machine?

I own Convergence and consider it one of the best solo releases of guitar players ever. I particularly enjoy Chuck Billy's and Devin Townsend's vocals on it.

Last week I was at a friend's place and he was playing Feeding the Machine. When I asked him who the singers were he said it was a wide range of vocalists like Chuck Billy, John West, Clark Brown... etc.

So can anyone give me a rundown of which singer is singing which track? I really love John West's work with Royal Hunt and Artension as well as solo albums, and wonder how many songs he sang on.
