can we maybe talk about tomatoes?

they are the metal of vegetable matter.

i used to hate them, but i went to a counselor and we came to a compromise and now i get along with them really well.

plus, they are red like blood.

They are also really acidic, so much so, that if you cook them on aluminum or some other porous metal, the acid in the tomatoes dissolves pieces of the aluminum off into your food.
