I haven't liked much female fronted metal in a long time, but this definitely peaked my interest and I will be checking out the cd. The drumming and guitar riffs is what really caught my attention though, her vocals are just icing on top of the cake.

I can't stop listening to this song. They need to get that cd out ASAP. I love the thrashiness of it. I was never a huge thrash fan, but have been getting into it recently. Lazarus AD is my favorite thrash band at the moment and I expect big things from them in the future. If you haven't heard Lazarus AD, here is a song for you.

Wow. I'm not generally a big fan of female vocals in metal bands (nothing sexist, just an audio preference), but I *love* her voice. The music isn't something I'd generally be drawn into, but I actually liked it. Need to put that disc on my "something to check into further" list...("Kobra and the Lotus," that is...the Lazarus AD did nothing for me).

This thread is about Kobra and the Lotus, I just brought up Lazarus AD as they are my favorite thrashy band at the moment. Kobra and the Lotus caught my attention because they are thrashy, as that is a newer metal genre for me to recently get into.
