Hahaha, took me a minute to figure out what was funny about it but I got it once I noticed the excellent moves of the one in the white shirt.

There is apparently another version (the same actually, but uploaded by someone else), and there are comments on that one. Just type in 'waka waka excellence' on youtube, and it's the one with lower number of views (this one already has like 700k, and it's been online only a couple of days or something).
