RE: Cascade dishwasher detergent - glasses keep getting a scum on them

i have been using your cascade dishwasher detergent for some time and it seems like my glasses keep getting a scum on them. i can't decide if i use too much soap or just what is the problem.

from what your bottle says that it is pure clean, pure shine pure rinse formula, i don't feel i should ;have to buy a bottle of expensive rinse to get my glasses shining. can you give some idea what the problem is. i'm just not happy with cascade.
