I need a new CD/DVD Burner for my PC. Is there any particular brand and model you guys would recommend?

I like my Pioneer DVR-112D (IDE), models without D index are better, D means reduced functionality - like DVD-Ram. SATA models are DVR-212 (215 etc).
I don`t burn to much, but does not have problems. Recorded several double layer DVD without problems. But you can not test well with this drives - for testing purposes
seek another brand (not Pioneer OEM).
Not very like LG - have some minor negative experience.
