After several years of hard work and gaining experience, Dom Mc Inerney, guitarist of CENSURA!, finally found the right guys to work with. He defined the new direction of the band with Charles Kallaghan Massabo, the bands music producer and bass player. Kal is recognized for his work in France and Europe, producing bands like Hewitt, being the singer and composer for SIKH and more recently for his work with Mudrock (Godsmack, Avenged sevenfold) and Google in California.
The singer, Jimmy Trigger, is a great front man and brings a lot of positivity to the band. With his P.M.M.A Positive mental mother***ing attitude and on stage energy, Jimmy is definitely the main man when it comes to the live shows.
Devin Debsack is the drummer and backbone of CENSURA! ..Devin is recognized for his work with HED(pe) and as a professional drummer embodying a passion for the art of drumming and a commitment to create honest, compelling music.

In December 2011 CENSURA signed with Bieler Bros Records (Soil,Deathstars,Karnivool, Skindred,Sikth) and released their EP "The Island"
"The word spoken over and over again while recording THE ISLAND was different, different at any cost. We took a lot of risks and tried to propose a new sound, a new way of writing metal. CENSURA! wants to be Positive, Technical, Groovy and Fun. Alot of technical parts but with a few catchy choruses!CENSURA!'s sound has defiantly been influenced with Dub-steps parts inspired by pioneers of the genre like Pendulum but also recently by super talented DJs like Skrillex. You wont hear big synths and drum machines all the time on the songs, but the vibe is defiantly close to bands like The Prodigy, or the more industrial songs of Devin Townsend.
DEBUT MUSIC VIDEO " THE VOICE"
CENSURA!'s video debut has generated over 50 thousand views on streaming websites and has been charted on the Tv channel Scuzz TV
Filmed in Co. Clare, Ireland close to the Cliffs of Moher, the first music video has been directed by Ben Cappelletti (Aliases, Tess,...).Kay is the main character of the video. She represents the spirit of the band. Her characters appearance stands out from the environment that surrounds her. Like Censura!, shes searching for new and undiscovered territory where she can thrive and feel accepted.
CENSURA! are currently writing their full length debut album and are preparing for a European tour. Their second Music video "We have to hurry" is complete and will be premiered in the next couple of weeks,
