What's up with Century Media/The Century Family snubbing it's nose to to traditional/power metal. I mean if it wasn't for Iced Earth, that label would've gone out of business in the mid 90's.

Dream Evil and Jag Panzer

Here's the Nuclear Blast Artists I would have made sure to include:
BLIND GUARDIAN, GRAVE DIGGER, HAMMERFALL , HELLOWEEN, PRIMAL FEAR

You guys have the main idea, Century have some good bands, but they just aren't promoting them so much at the moment, besides Nevermore of course. In the end, it's all about money and at the moment I don't think power metal and trad metal is where the money is.

Hmm... I'd rather say that the execs don't think that trad metal is where money is, not that it's really like that. Hell, it probably has the most solid fanbase of all metal genres!

I would agree that it's money bullshit, or their perception of that, that drives those choices, but I can't say that Nevermore has ever really impressed me. I like Sanctuary, but Nevermore has really never grabbed me. Nor has Arch Enemy or Behemoth. I have to say I stick by my original statement about Panzer and Dream Evil, maybe adding Tad Morose on Century Media and BLIND GUARDIAN, GRAVE DIGGER, HAMMERFALL , HELLOWEEN, PRIMAL FEAR on Nuclear Blast.
