Haven't seen Confessions or Adaptation, and didn't realize the same dude did Malkovich and Eternal Sunshine, two of my favorite movies. :dopey:

eternal and malkovich

the other two were not that good ... but that might be due to the directors.
Adaptation in particular is in my "pretentious as Magnolia" category.

Eternal Sunshine by a country mile, although Being John Malkovich rules. Haven't seen the other two yet, but me and the other half just bought Adaptation on DVD, so right after I'm finished with The Nightmare On Elm Street box set and the original Dawn Of The Dead, that sucker's getting played!

John Malkovich was close, but Eternal Sunshine was just too brilliant. Who would have thought Jim Carrey could have pulled off a role like that?

you forgot "Human Nature" on the list, though nobody would vote for it :)

I voted Eternal Sunshine, but Adaptation is on par with it. My 2 favorite movies ever at this point.

Btw, Adaptation and Malkovich were directed by the same dude (Spike Jonze), so no claiming Adaptation wasn't as good because of the directing :)

Human Nature and Eternal Sunshine were directed by Michel Gondry, and Human Nature is easily Kaufman's weakest, so the directing doesn't seem to correlate to the quality anyway.
