Veteran rockers CHEAP TRICK have released a brand-new single called "The Summer Looks Good On You" via Big Machine Records. The band co-produced the song with longtime collaborator Julian Raymond, who also worked on CHEAP TRICK's last three albums, 2016's "Bang, Zoom, Crazy... Hello" and 2017's "We're All Alright!" and "Christmas Christmas". "The Summer Looks Good On You" is the first single off CHEAP TRICK's forthcoming album, which is tentatively due before the end of the year. "We've been in the studio a lot," guitarist Rick Nielsen told Buzz magazine. "We have about 10 songs down now, so it is coming along. I will call you first when the new album is ready!" CHEAP TRICK will launch the "Nothin' But A Good Time Tour" tonight in Irvine, California. The trek will see the 2016 Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame inductees team up with POISON. CHEAP TRICK's 2018 schedule also includes headlining dates, festival appearances and select performances with LYNYRD SKYNYRD, JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS, JOURNEY and DEF LEPPARD. CHEAP TRICK has released nearly 20 studio records, including three in the past two years. CHEAP TRICK's current lineup includes three of its original members. Drummer Bun E. Carlos stopped touring with the band in 2010.
