Hey can some one say witch one should I buy
this
or
this
they bouth have allmoust same playlist
I have both. And love both.
"We Rock" is comprised of two sets actually: 1983 (Holy Diver tour) and 1984 (Last in Line Tour). Dio's on fire in both sets, as is a young Vivian Campbell. The sound is great and the '84 gig also has a fantastic stage show! For nostaliga purposes alone, it's mandatory.
The "Evil or Divine" set from 2002 is among my fav concert videos. The sound/performance is easily the best of any recently recorded DVD I've seen. It also features, IMO, the BEST EVER live version of "Heaven and Hell" (it's longer than the typical live deal Dio does). Also, Aldrige smokes on guitar and really nails the Blackmore/Iommi/Campbell solos.
If I had to choose, for the sheer quality of the music/package/everything, I'd go with the 2002 show. However, if you really want to be transported back in time and witness Dio's beginnings as an ass-kicking solo artists, than "We RocK" is the ticket.
There's also a 3rd DVD: Sacred Heart Live 1986. Another great show, albeit with somewhat less quality in the actual video footage (grainy at times), but with, again, great sound.
Get all three!
