oh btw, the symbol from DM is Ian's. so i'd suggest not using that for anything else you do. despite the stupidity of him getting it tattooed on his arm, he did design it, and we will be using it haha.

not being a dick about it. if i wanted to, i could. no, there's no proof that Ian made it. Will knows Ian designed it. if he wants to try and use it, then Will can take that up with Ian.

He didn't design it. he designed the original logo. SPINA designed the new logo in the artwork that I paid for when I hired them. he can surely have the original logo

I believe since Will paid whole-heartedly for the band logo to be created, he has creative rights, and owns this logo. If anyone else were to use it to advertise their band or sell it on merchandise, they can be using it illegally, and would have to pay royalties to the owner of the logo.

Just my two cents, since I design logos for people as well.
