Board design is done for my next 2 amps, the Stinger and the Javelin.

I decided to go overboard this time. It's still a full turret based build, but instead of using wires to connect everything, the bottom side of the board uses traces. So it's kind of a PCB/turret/PTP hybrid. I only know of a few amp builders that do it this way. As an added benefit of having PCB, I can put the full layout via silkscreen on the component side. Should make it super easy to work on.

Costs a bit more, but is cool as hell! Should have the boards in 10 days, then I have a lot of turret staking to do :-(

I've managed to fit the package in a 16x8x2 chassis, so total size of these 10 watters with headshell should be ~ 17.5x9x6.5

Will look nice on top of my Wolfe Amplification 1x12 or 2x12.

Going through a small local company. Only place I could find that would do a small run (10 boards to start) for only $300. Most other places I checked with were a lot more. It doesn't help that I demanded 2.0g copper, .125" thick boards, etc... I suppose the price isn't too bad though, considering the tooling setup fee is $100 of that.

Just some renderings so you can see the size difference of the Stinger compared to the Hellfire.

It's as small as I could get it. Sits atop the 1x12 nicely though!
