PS: I know that the drums are out of time but thats coz we recorded in a hurry without a clicktrack and i had to add the drums later so....

First off make sure you have all the time in the world if you're going to dedicate something to track.

What mics, amps, guitars, pickups, drums, processors are you using?

Well, i know its not a good chain but
Guitars: A Gibson Kramer Striker (korean stuff) -> Digitech RP80 (bypassed) ->-Headphone output->- Stock soundcard line in -> Revalver MkIII and Amplitube Metal Demos -> Audition3
Drums: EzDrummer with DFH expansion (a friend's) - Using the pop/rock kit for snare and kick, Toms and Cymbals/HiHats from DFH expansion
I know the sound is never going to come out great with the setup but i basically made this track to see what is wrong and how i could correct something like this post tracking?
