Chinese Astrology and Tattoos

Always Somewhere!
Seems we haven't tackled this topic yet so....
I was born October 28th, which makes me a Scorpio. Born in 1964 which is the year of the Dragon. I have 3 tattoos, my husbands name (David) on my wedding ring finger, on my lower back the chinese symbol for Dragon and on wrapped around my calf is a Scorpion with a tribal band. and you???

husband and I are both year of the Ox. one Capricorn, one Cancer. isn't that supposed to be one of the worst matches?...lol. our tattoos are just tribal, different places, same artist. Its nice having the unity. . grranimal -bodyart. we match. lol.
I'm going to go start a thread about lether jackets. This might be fun.....here goes

That's cool. I really take nothing into the astrological stuff, but I know that both Tiger and Taurus are someone I was supposed to keep away from. Well my ex-wife was both. We fought like cats and dogs as well. >:p~ Luckily, I traded her in on a newer model. My lovely wife of 5 years is a dragon and virgo. We have rarely even raised our voices at each other in our five years of marriage. I chalk it up to being more mature and knowing who I want as opposed to some astrological mumbo-jumbo, but who knows ?

i don't rely much on the astrlogy, either/ I just thought I had heard somewhere about he and I being the worst match astrologically. for each other... but we have been best of friends, building a great life for 11 years. so thought someone may have gotten akick out of the situation, if they base much in it. The gender prediction charts were wrong for our offspring too.

That is really great Lady Steel !! It is great to see couples that really love each other in this day and time. I am lucky enough to have a great relationship with my wife as well. In our five years of marriage, we have barely even raised our voices at each other. I am on my second marriage (as you can tell by initial reply) so I think I learned a whole bunch about what NOT to do to have a successful marriage, but I couldn't be happier now. :oops:

Yeah, I love him enough not to have my Zodiac sign tattooed on his body, .....lol
we were trying to come up with something other/in addition to each other's names, we thought, ok, lets trade signs,.....well, myne often looks a lot like the "VS" Victoria's Secret logo. hee hee.
....., but then,again, hey, marraige is all about compromise, right?... :D
Hope you are pampering and spoiling your wife a whole lot extra right around now! hope all is well happy and healthy for you 2 .
 
Not surprisingly, perhaps, I was born in the year of the tiger, and I am a Gemini. I don't set a lot of store by astrology but I do think it's fun, especially since I'm basically a textbook Gemini.

I have 5 tats--similar to Chaly from Overkill (chest), the tribal 'S' from Sepultura (shoulder blade), Barry, Marillion's latest mascot (um, lower back :)), a gecco lizard over one scar (knee) and some flowers over another (calf). I've been hankering for a new one, but I really don't want to end up looking like Nikki Sixx. :)
