Christmas music that doesn't suck?

I'm trying to get into the spirit of Christmas (not easy) so I'm making myself a compilation of Christmas songs.

Give me some suggestions, please!

I'm looking for stuff that's orchestral, folk, goth, pretty much anything but crappy pop.

(I know all about the Trans-Siberian Orchestra already.)
