I saw something about Cliff Burton in the Hate Pit and I bet he has rolled over in his grave, or is rolling over in his grave, over the recent shenanigans of Metallica. If he were still alive I wonder what he would think about Metallica now? Cheers.

Or he would have contributed that they change their style.

Burton was the only one from the band then that listened (and liked!) other music (jazz and so).
If he lived Metallica may had changed their sound a long time ago...

no one can actually say whether or not they would have gone the way they are if cliff had lived.
but if cliff had lived and lar died, theres more of a chance of them not being what they are today.
but metallica rots, and i've lost all faith in them
