I love that song, one of my favorites. It's cool to hear it done with a heavier sound, but the toms are kind of killing it for me. Are they DFH?

I love this song as well . But then again, I pretty much like any Porcupine Tree song. I like the sound of the guitar. Good job on the cover. Not to take anything away from Andy or James, but I think Steven Wilson is a great producer. Anyone else feel the same?

he makes the production work as part of the song, thats a really, really amazing skill imo

Absolutely, I love the sounds that he's gotten on almost any album he's worked on. From a production standpoint, I think that Deadwing is an amazing sounding album (as it is from a song standpoint as well).

some fooh i know (posts here sometimes) was going on about the production being inferior to in absentia, which i don't agree with, Sure it's more gritty and a lot less fat, but thats a good thing imo
