I know that Dan has teamed up with Clive on the nightingale-I album, but what other albums (other than Crimson II) has Dan teamed up with Clive on?

by the way folks, Crimson II has been playing all day and everyday since I got it on Sunday. This is the best cd i have herd since Dark Tranquillity-Damage Done!!!(which was my best of 2002)
