COB Christmas Tour Finland

Wow, wasn't expecting that. Wonder if it's any different to last spring.

Warm-up band: (skip to 0:45)

I have to ask if we need more bands like this who have nothing creative to offer.

Awesome news. Now I only have the difficulty to decide wether to go to Tampere or Seinäjoki - or both? Anyway, it's great that the band remembers also us Finnish fans, especially when they only did one summer festival here :)

Hi,

I have a question regarding venues in Finland.

I often see two ticket types for a single venue:

- Pääsylippu / K-18

- Pääsylippu / No age limit

As far as I can understand, the first one is for people older than 18 and gives access to a restricted drinking area. The second one is for younger people.

My question is: I'm older than 18 and I would like to stand in the front rows near the stage... Do both ticket types allow to be in the front rows? Or am I supposed to stand in the restricted drinking area if I purchase a K-18 ticket?

Thank you so much for your help!

I haven't been to those venues COB is playing soon, but being restricted to the drinking area sounds extremely retarded  I've never seen such thing in any venue I've been to. I'm pretty sure the only difference is, that k-18-ticket allows you to get to the drinking area.

Don't buy the K18 ticket, you'll be taken to the bar and the only way to get out to see the band is to get so wasted they throw you out! And when you finally make your way to the front row the security guy asks for your ticket and when you try to pass it the girl in front bites your hand off, then you get shot in the face by the security. Jokes aside, if you're 18 and not driving or absolutist, buy the K18 ticket so you can enter the beer area. However if the child ticket is cheaper and you look adult enough to not need to ask the ticket, buy the child ticket to save one beer. :D

Don't take the K18 ticket. You will be forced to drink beverages and they won't let you out of the drinking rink.

Warning already given.

At least in Seinäjoki, there's different entrances for over 18 and younger. The k-18 leads you straight to the drinking area but you can get through to the stage.

K18 basically means that if you're younger than 18 yo, you can't get in. In Finnish language K stands for "kielletty" which can be translated as forbidden.
