I know this will be a longshot with only a few days to plan, but are there any old school tabletop gamers in the Columbus, Ohio region that want to do anything between about 12PM-6PM this Sunday July 1st? If so, or if you have any info on gaming groups/stores in that region or quality music/CD stores, please write me at hparris [at] jvc-america [dot] com or call [404].408.3004 before early Sunday morning. I'll be without internet once I check out of my hotel room. Yeah, my phone ain't so smart. LOL

I will then be on the east side of the city between about 12PM-6PM awaiting my flight out at 8PM after a two-night metal fest near Pataskala.

and btw - WARRIORS OF METAL FEST OPEN AIR, if anyone is interested

..you'd better have a campaign ready, next time we go to GA. I need to show the boys what nerding out REALLY is.

Yes there are a few good record shops in Columbus.

If you're into vinyl definitely check out Lost Weekend Records http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lost-Weekend-Records/131521599429, Dreadful Sounds (specialize in metal vinyl) or Used Kids. The guy who runs Lost Weekend is a super cool dude and he will give you a map of all the record shops in the area.

Magnolia Thunderpussy is a must as they carry a pretty good selection of heavy metal CD's and t-shirts. https://plus.google.com/105366252611719583134/about?gl=us&hl=en

All of these shops are within 5-10 minutes of each other on High Street in the Ohio State Campus area.

If you like Thai Food check out Tai's Asia Bisto on Lane Avenue (about 10-15 minutes from these shops). Their Pad Thai is really good.
