Are there seats, would one be required to wear a Tie? Would it matter if the Suit became ruffled and seats broken, because one just can't sit there while some awesome Metal is blasting in ones ear?

Yeah there are seats, no tie required although if you wanted to dress up as vader or a stormtrooper I'm sure John wouldn't mind
