Reactivated British extreme metal pioneers CARCASS will headline the Metal Up Your Ass festival on Saturday, March 21 at The Ridglea Theater in Fort Worth, Texas.

The festival billing is shaping up as follows:

CARCASS
SUFFOCATION
SAMAEL
SUICIDE SILENCE
ARSIS
WHITECHAPEL
PSYCROPTIC
DECREPIT BIRTH
VEIL OF MAYA

Tickets are $35 in advance, $40 at the door. Doors open at 1:00 p.m.

Thats kinda what I figured, but I wasnt sure how far away Fort Worth is from SA.

Also I noticed that this "fest" lineup is really the combo or two tours that happent o be going on at the same time and there are like 4 "fests" with almost exactly the same lineup.

Not to mention again it is friggin EXTREME METAL and we are attending a Prog/Power fest.

Am I the only one who thinks the title of the Fest is completely lame?

Totally different thing, a few fans of the heavier side of what we're doing, may opt if it was closer, doubt very highly this will have any effect on our fest.
