Compilation CD

The US releases of the Rakoth and Without Face CDs will include a free compilation CD featuring all five Elitist bands so far signed.

Unfortunately we here in Europe won't be getting the same treatment, but I'll be knocking up a few custom-made CDRs at home and I'll send 'em to the first 25 people in Europe who send their name and address to: compilation@elitistrecords.co.uk

Put "Compilation" in the subject line of the email as I'm old and liable to get confused.

well i visited her tomb for a quicky yesterday, you know to celebrate the Queens Jubilee and all, i mean you gotta do something to celebrate, shes looking good by the way, gave her a good stuffing, no holds bared, i thought, might as well fuck her up the nose too, it ripped off, so im a bit gutted.

I got the compilation couple of days ago, and I must say that I'm very positively surprised. I just saw Lee's post on Finnish Metal forum and thought "what the hell, free music?", so I sent the email. I hadn't heard anything about Elitist Records or any of the bands.... Now I'm impressed, there's not a single bad song on the cd. Forest Stream and Rakoth sound especially good. You may have a new customer here, Lee. (though the day I actually have money to buy something will probably be after armageddon....)

Nice one. I'm glad you like the stuff. The free CD is doing it's job

I'm also glad that Forest Stream seem to be getting such a good reaction, as they're probably the least known of all the bands on the label so far. The buzz about them already seems to be getting bigger and better.

are these old tracks? Cause they seem a _lot_
different from the track in your signature (+ the
other song you posted in a thread some time

Will Forest Stream get a real drummer, or will they
use programmed drums like Rakoth and Ephel
Duath?

Those Lunaris tracks I originally posted were taken from the MP3s the band originally sent me. The tracks on the compilation are from the final master that will actually be released.

Forest Stream are auditioning drummers at the moment. A female drummer is strong in the running apparently, which would be a novel twist for a black metal band. I'm hoping the band will be sending me some work in progess soon. If it's far enough in the development stage I may well post something here.
