They arent priced in Euro's, but the Audio Technica one is definately within your price range, and while the AKG has an expensive RRP, you could find it at the right price. Both these mics have been recommended to me as good, cheap condensers.
From memory i don't think i've tried the AKG 430.
I guess it's worth mentioning that im not a huge AKG fan, but alot of people swear by some of their mics, so you might like them. With any mic that you are interested in, go to their website and check out their specs and reviews, and dont be afraid to go into a shop and try the mic, though you might be limited to speaking into the mic and not recording a kit
I cant say i've heard much about those, but i have had experiance with Behringer and can't say that i'd buy their products again, but i'm sure they must make SOMETHING decent.
I definately enjoy my $80 USD Samson c01. Works great I have beaten the crap out of it (used as haldheld on a live gig and in the studio for metal vocs) and its still great. The only thing is it comes with a cheap mic clip.
