congratulations to quebec in being recognized as a nation within canada. the people of quebec already speaks a different language, follows a different law and has physical appearance closer to beavers than Canadian or french people. i hope this will not only increase even further the bureaucracy inside our country but will also fuel one more time the fire o separatism, bickering and pointless arguments. who know what the future will hold? a nation within canada today, tomorrow maybe a colony and in a few hundred years a real country

Once upon a time, in 81, Pierre Elliot Trudeau asked all the province to sign the Canadian Constitution Act. René Lévesque than, was asking some specific things to enter the Consitution of Candada with the other Province. But at the end Quebec didn't signed because all the province had a meeting without the Quebec and choose what will be in Constitution without us, so Lesvesque didn't signed.
