All of the sites above have the album listed as available to order. More stores should be carrying the CD very soon including the End Records, Tower Records, CD Baby and Century Media.

Also, I got an email from one person that confirmed that they received the copy of Continuum that they ordered from Nightmare Records. Please let us know if you get the CD!
