You can't see the shirt well in any of the photos (I didn't take much photos of myself, you know), but I'll try to describe it here.
On the front, there's this big man with a spear in his hand - only the outlines are drawn (with red), so it looks a bit like a cave-painting or something. To his left there are the big letters
L
E
T
H
E
(written vertically like that)
and between the guy and those big letters it reads with carven-like letters (from bottom to top this time) "foryouaremybladeandmyropeyouaremy". Above the L there are three wave-like lines and above them a small copy of the back-picture (described below). And above the guy there reads "dark tranquillity" like on The Gallery-cover.
On the backside there are these two big red circles (a smaller inside the bigger one), with eight "compartments" between them. It looks a bit like some drawings of Zodiac. However, instead of the animals, there are white shapes inside the compartments, some of them more human-like, some less. As they kind of grow in size starting from the lower-left corner and moving clockwise, it could be seen as the wheel of life, ranging from conception to death...
Anyway, in the middle of the inner circle there are two big waves and yet another white human-form under them (drowning in lethe, obviously). There's also some white shape above the waves, like a shooting star or something. And the same

letters with the foryouaremy... text and the three waves above the L are here also, printed just over the circles on the left.
There are four colors: Black base, red, white and grey (with which the texts are made).
I hope this helped even a bit.
