Countryman 85 Vs. UX1

Just wondering about this...
I hear everyone talking about how great the Countryman 85 is for DI.
I currently have a UX1 , I paid around the same price as the Countryman is currently going for. Just wondering how much better is the Countryman , really? Cause everyone always seems to shit all over Line 6... my DI's sound pretty good to my ears with it , just want to know if it would be worth it to upgrade one of these days

thanks for the link... so basically they are not much different , you just have to eq the signals differently?

A UX1 is a DI, mic premap, A/D converter, USB interface and headphone amp.

The Countryman is a DI.

They both cost the same.

Logically, what do you think is going to give you the better DI? The 5 in one UX1, or the dedicated DI box?
