Hey,
Decided to record a cover of Mr Brightside with my band, Fighting For Ramona, for fun. Ended up being pretty happy with the result. Keen to hear what you guys think of the mix.

I like it. Maybe the guitars are a bit too loud and overpowering the mix.

Yeah it's pretty good. I was worried about the vocals but they were quite OK, maybe not as powerful as the original but could be that they had even more overdrive in the vocals. I would probably change the kick since that is very metal sounding, also drop the guitars a bit especially in the beginning where they sound overpowering, boost the bass just a little. Vocals could cut a tad more after more overdrive. Good job!
