Cover Songs by Metallica

Breadfan (Budgie)
It's Electric (Diamond Head)
Last Caress / Green Hell (The Misfits)

This list could change often, Metallica always did awesome covers. I really liked Garage Inc., not just because it had Garage Days. I thought their modern covers were very good.

Gah, you're right, that sucks ass. Well, the beginning. Once the guitars kick in I kinda like it.

bah, the astronomy song is really good, the best one on the first disc of garage inc. alongside the mercyful fate medley

other good ones are:
breadfan
blitzkrieg
am i evil?
last caress/green hell
it's electric
sabra cadabra
turn the page

Crash Course in Brain Surgery was pretty nifty too.

That was probably the best example of Jason Newsted for Metallica, even though he could still probably play that intro in his sleep. Man, talk about clipping one's wings before they learned to fly.

So nobody likes So What? That song is tits! :tickled:

Garage Inc. kicks so much ass just for the second disc convenience of all those old covers in one location.

Can I just say that as good as Metallica's medley on Mercyful Fate was, the original stuff is completely untouchable. Listening to the original "Evil" reminded me of this.

That is all.

Everyone who hasn't agreed with me that So What kicks ass is fucking weak.

That is all.
